A well balance diet for energetic and healthy body

With so many disease in the world today most are very consious about their health, the food that they take. A well balance diet and a good food nutrient is a results to our energetic and healthy body. Our body required a balance diet such as proteins, minerals, fibers, vitamins and carbohydrates. These diet rich in whole grains,fish nuts, vegetables, fruits, low fat dairy and lean meats.

As breakfast is very important to our daily diet a glass of fruits juice, milk, or soya beans milk, a bowl of oats meals or two pieces of bread with butter and a half boil egg is very good food nutrients for our body. As this foods gives us protein, fiber and carbohydrates.
