Fried food has no much food nutritions

Training ourself to eat till we are just full or half full and still meet our daily food nutritional needs is the best ways of keeping our body fits. Execise is another ways to losing weight.

Breakfast is very important meals in our daily life, A good food nutrition such as a glass of fruits juice or fresh fruits follow with a bowl cereals and milks, a piece of toast and a hot nutrition drinks is very good to make our body works.

Foods such as fried noodles, deep fried chicken or fish, deep fried potates chips or even fried bananas. If you are eating this very often as deep fried food has no much food nutritions, Its has high calories due to the absorbed oil. It may als do have toxic residues if the oil has been reused many times.

I am with you here. If you are training hard, it´s very important to watch what you are giving to your engine. Too many people are training right but ignoring what fuel to use in their bodies.
