Lets us learn the fact of food nutrition and the foods and diet we take in our daily life. As we know our body needs food nutrition to keep our body moving. Heavy exercise or lots of activity our body needs more proteint and carbohydrates to prevent muscles loss. It too much of it and without exercise it will leads to weight gain.

Daidy exercise and taking more vegetable and fruits is one of the best food nutrition in our daily life as most vitamins or supplements we take are most make of vegetable and fruits. So in order to balance our food nutrition we must learn to take the right food nutritionals values.
