Stay healthy with good food nutrition

Learning the food guide pyramid systems is one way to helps and understand how good food nutrition and eating healthy can help a person to stay healthy and young most of his or her life time. A balance food such as taking more vegetables together with some meats, or fish with some beans and fruits as dessert. A glass or fruits juice for a start. During morning time a glass of low fat milk, a piece of toast with butter and honey and a bowl of cereal such as oats. Oats are said to help fight colestrol and prevent heart attack.

As parents teach your children the way of eating healthy and the pyramid food guild when they are small. Teach them to eat just full not too full. Eat more times of small meals rather then one or two very heavy meals. Balance the food nutrition and the important of exercises to keep healthy.
