Our body needs good food nutrition

Our body needs good food nutrition and energy to be healthy and all this food nutrition include proteins, minerals, fats, carbohadrates, vitamins and water. Most people who is lack of energy and nutrition take supplement to balance their food nutrition to stay healthy. Good food nutrition that gives energy to our body includes taking more vegetables, fruits and whole grain products. lean meats, poultry, fish and low fat dairy, lastly drinks lots of water.

Asian food pyramid recommand plan that our body needs a minimun of six glasses of water a day, takes more vegetables, fruits and whole grain food such as rice, bread or noodles each day. Fish and low fat daily optional daily and weekly on poultry and egss and half monthly lean meats. Limits your sugar and salts.
